Safe opening of a shared services center – comprehensive HR documentation from ARTE LEGAL for an international corporation

Our client, an international FMCG group, was launching a new entity in Poland, serving as a shared services center (SSC). The new company was to employ a large team and operate in accordance with the requirements of collective labor law.
