Our client, an international FMCG group, was launching a new entity in Poland, serving as a shared services center (SSC). The new company was to employ a large team and operate in accordance with the requirements of collective labor law.
The ARTE LEGAL team provided full legal support for the project, from consultation and analysis of the organizational model to the preparation and implementation of all key HR regulations. As part of the project, we developed, among other things:
– work regulations,
– remuneration regulations,
– remote work regulations,
– Employee Benefit Fund regulations,
– regulations for the election of employee representatives,
and also advised on Employee Capital Plans.
As a result, thanks to our work, the client received complete, ready-to-implement documentation enabling the legal and efficient commencement of operations in Poland – without delays and legal risks.
