The ARTE LEGAL team successfully secured claims for a client seeking commission fees in excess of PLN 2.5 million. During the proceedings, recognizing the defendant’s deteriorating financial situation, the law firm proposed a bold and effective security strategy, including the seizure of bank accounts, movable property, and the defendant’s receivables from its contractors.
The court granted our application in full.
As a result of our actions, nearly PLN 2 million was actually secured – the funds were transferred from the defendant’s contractors directly to the bailiff, and the entire claim amount was ultimately placed in court deposit.
Further efforts by the ARTE LEGAL team led to a first-instance victory, a full refund of the costs of interim proceedings, and—exceptionally—an award of increased legal representation costs by the court. The court agreed with our arguments regarding the extent of the attorney’s involvement and awarded our client the multiplied costs of legal representation.
As a result, the client gained a real guarantee that the judgment would be enforceable – and additionally significantly reduced the procedural and financial risk.
