The legal basis for this is Article 6, Section 1, Letter b) of the GDPR. It may happen that in connection with the operation of the website, we must fulfill various obligations imposed by law, especially those related to tax settlements and maintaining accounting records – in this case, the basis for processing your data is Article 6, Section 1, Letter c) of the GDPR.

Our legitimate interests, as referred to in Article 6, Section 1, Letter f) of the GDPR, include defending against potential claims, conducting legal disputes, providing information about our services and conducting necessary business analyses, as well as marketing our own services. Additionally, technical data is processed to ensure that our website functions efficiently and displays correctly on your devices.

Your rights regarding personal data

Any person whose data we process may, in principle, request access to their data and receive a copy of it. If the data is incorrect, you can request its correction. In situations provided for by law, you may request the complete deletion of your data or the temporary suspension of its processing. Generally, your data may also be transferred to another controller.

Where processing is based on our legitimate interests, you may object by explaining your particular situation. You may withdraw your consent to processing at any time, although this will not affect the lawfulness of any actions previously taken.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, whose registered office is in Warsaw at ul. Stawki 2.

We receive most of your data directly from you when you visit our website or contact us. Sometimes, the information may come from third parties, especially when it is necessary to provide services, meet legal requirements, or when you have previously provided consent.

Entities that may have access to data

We cooperate with various companies that assist us in running our business. These include IT companies, accounting firms, legal firms, business advisors, and parcel delivery companies. All of these entities operate under special data processing agreements.

State authorities, such as tax offices, courts, and enforcement agencies, receive data when required by applicable law. Data storage location

We store your information primarily within the European Economic Area. Exceptionally, when using certain technological services, data may be briefly processed outside of Europe, usually on servers in the United States (which is standard practice, due to the dominance of US tech giants in the provision of digital services).
