Piotr Martyniuk

Advocate specializing in substantive and procedural criminal law, with particular focus on economic criminal law. He represents suspects or victims in both pre-trial and court proceedings at every stage. As part of ARTE LEGAL, he provides substantive support in ongoing cases and participates in procedural actions in the capacity of defence attorney or counsel.

In his practice, he also handles matters related to the executive criminal law, including proceedings concerning conditional early release, obtaining permission to execute a custodial sentence under electronic monitoring system, or permission for deferment or suspension of sentence execution. He has experience in activities involving law enforcement and penitentiary authorities, which enables him to provide prompt and effective legal assistance.

In addition to criminal law matters, Piotr also manages commercial cases, disputed with financial market institutions, and represents both businesses and individual clients in civil litigation before the courts.
